Incredibly phoned in "dramatic pause" before a drop.
Cheesy preset-ish synths that any professional producer should be able to do better than.
Releasing multiple albums without evolving in the slightest as an artist.
Obligatory 2 minute drum intro/outros that add nothing to a song but make it "DJ friendly."
"Drops" with an extremely simple, predictable pattern.
Being extremely pretentious about only doing live recording (looking at you, Daft Punk.)

Fuck's sake. Come up and talk to me about something interesting....
You sound like a really friendly, approachable person. XD

I don't quite like that people making and performing electronic music are scoffed at for not playing "normal" music, i.e. not being a guitar band or cover group, not playing "real" instruments, as if electronic music isn't a valid form of self-expression... X(

Reason: edit: I HATE this
I have to agree with Evelon!the only thing that bothers me about music is when it's lacking any real effort at originality, over repetitiveness, and quality.of which the last two i myself have been guilty of.
but that's just how to learn to be more creative! That's just me though.
a) The interchangeability of the drops in a lot of Melbourne Bounce tracks.
b) Melbourne Bounce tracks.
d) Melbourne and it's desire to rename everything 'Melbourne'.
e) People with overbearing opinions on shit that doesn't matter.
f) People who complain about other people complaining when those people don't have to put up with 12 cunt-olds playing Melbourne Bounce on the back of the bus while I'm on my way to my shitty job. PLEASE MAKE MY DAY WORSE.
actually, i don't much like most guitar stuff either. I like synths. I think guitars are hanging on because they are antiques and heavily culturally entrenched. Also that whole rock and roll mystique thing never really dies.
But I'm just not much into them most of the time. But I do like the sound of some other stringed instruments.
